For too long the importance of good mental health has been overlooked in the City. Stress, anxiety and depression in the work-place are not new, but there is now a growing recognition that people need support at all levels of an organisation and that they should be able to access this without fear of stigma.
With over 20 years experience working across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors I am committed to promoting good mental health in the work-place. I support and work with my clients to help them address their difficulties through the development of greater personal insight and a better understanding of themselves, their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This can lead to new perspectives and the opportunity for change and emotionally healthier ways of being and relating.
